Hi I’m Abby, founder of Honey + Maple, a clean baking company based on the Upper West Side of New York City.

When I was young I struggled a lot with my health and eventually discovered that I am allergic to gluten, dairy, added sugars, and a whole slew of other things. This came with lots of changes but the most disappointing for my 10 year old self was the lack of sweets I could have.

Determined to change that experience not just for myself but for others, I set out to create a space where everyone can enjoy baked goods, regardless of dietary restrictions. That’s how Honey + Maple was born—my mission to provide allergen-friendly treats that are both delicious and inclusive. Here, you’ll find baked goods made with love, creativity, and the best ingredients, ensuring that everyone can join in on the fun.
